Caronte «FirstReserve» verkörpert die Spitze des Tessiner Weinbaus. Auslese der besten Trauben im Rebberg und eine zweite Selektion im Keller. Die Fermentation erfolgt mit schonendem Rühren des Tresters von Hand direkt in den neuen französischen Barriques von Vicard, anschliessend weitere 20 Monate Ausbau im Barrique. Die dritte Selektion für die Assemblage erfolgt vor der Abfüllung durch Cormano Vini & FirstWine. In der Nase volle Frucht von süssen Pflaumen, Johannisbeergelée, dunklen Beeren und edlen Röstaromen. Der Gaumeneindruck ist mächtig und füllig, der Abgang lang und eindrücklich. Dieser Wein hat die Komplexität und Vielschichtigkeit, die man sonst nur von internationalen, grossen Weinen erwarten kann!
